Please take notice that there will be a temporary road closure on Spruce Street from Sixth Street to Fifth Street on Wednesday, June 3 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM due to water main repair. There will also be lane restrictions at the intersection of Spruce Street and Sixth Street. Local traffic only.
On Friday, May 29, Mayor Brian Saunderson, Fire Chief Ross Parr, and Inspector Mary Shannon (OPP) provided an update to local media via a videoconference that was also livestreamed on Youtube.

Please take notice that with the recent Provincial announcements, the Town of Collingwood has opened municipal dog parks, soccer fields, baseball fields, pickleball courts, tennis courts, skatepark, and basketball courts for recreational use. These areas are available for individual activities while physical distancing at least two metres from any other person (i.e. no team or contact sports). There will be no access to facilities at this time (i.e., no change rooms or no washrooms), so please plan ahead.

Regular Council meetings are held on the third and fourth Monday of every month in Council Chambers, Town Hall located at 97 Hurontario Street, Collingwood at 5:00 PM unless otherwise posted. Please take note of alternative Council Meeting arrangements in place due to COVID-19.
Please be mindful that outdoor water use (lawn watering, etc) is permitted from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If your street address (house number) is an even number, you can water on even-numbered calendar days. Odd street address numbers (house numbers) can water on odd calendar days.
The park remains closed until further notice.
