The Town of Collingwood is a progressive community located in the heart of a four-season recreation area on the southern shore of Georgian Bay. The area is well known for its many natural amenities and its rich heritage.
Operational Status: Open
Location: Harbourview Park at 1 Cedar Street, Collingwood, ON.
Hours of Operation: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting. The Waterplay area will be closed during heavy rain or inclement weather. Please check for service disruptions before visiting.

What's new: For the 2026 season, the following patio policies will apply on an interim basis while the Downtown Parking Study is underway and until parking impacts and recommendations for the downtown area are identified:
Paid parking is in effect, seasonally, 7 days a week at Sunset Point Park, Princeton Shores, Harbourlands and Millennium Park between the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and at the Collingwood Harbour from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from the Friday before the Victoria Day holiday until Thanksgiving Holiday Monday.
Free parking permits are available for residents of the Town of Collingwood. Seasonal permits for non-residents are also available to purchase through HotSpot, Town Hall or the Centennial Aquatics Centre.
