This site was recently given site plan approval on Block 1 of the proposed Plan of Subdivision. A copy of the NOTICE of Public Meeting IS HERE. The meeting will be held on Monday June 26th, 2017 at 5:00 pm in Council Chambers, 97 Hurontario Street. This site was recently given site plan approval on Block 1 on the propsed Plan of Subdivision to permit a 1,560 square metre showroom and warehouse on a 1.2 hectare portion of an 8.04 hectare property. At the time of site plan submission the applicant indicated that they would be submitting an application for draft approval of plan of subdivision (industrial) on the parcel.
