The East Lands are approximately 37.16 hectares (91.82 acres) and are bounded by Highway No. 26 along the property limits to the south, Princeton Shores Boulevard along the property limits to the northeast, Bartlett Boulevard along the property limits to the northwest, and the West Lands of the same development along the western limits of the site. The lands are currently vacant and are situated south of the Georgian Bay.

The application is the third Extension of Draft Approval to request for an additional three (3) years in order to fulfill the conditions of draft approval scheduled to lapse August 26th, 2016. The proposal is to develop the site for 75 single-detached and 77 townhouse residential dwelling units, 162 residential units in 3-storey walk-up buildings, ranging between 40 to 110 residential units in the high density block and various Environmental Protection blocks. The proposal now includes public roads rather than the previous condominium roads.
