Application - Invitation for the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Council to attend and Event
The Mayor, Deputy Mayor and members of Council regularly attend events, official openings, ribbon cutting ceremonies, speaking engagements and photo opportunities.
Individuals and organizations wishing to invite the Mayor, Deputy Mayor or members of Council to an event must first submit a formal request in writing to the Office of the Mayor (firstname.lastname@example.org) and/or complete and submit the Application Form. Separate requests are required for Proclamations, Flag Raising Ceremonies and Letters or Certificates.
All invitations will be reviewed by the Administrative Assistant of Clerk Services. Please allow seven (7) working days to process and respond to your request. Due to scheduling conflicts, the Mayor is not able to accept every invitation.
