Services & Facilities Impacts
The Town of Collingwood has temporarily closed Town Hall, in-person Customer Service Desks, and certain Recreation Facilities but will continue to offer customer services online and over the phone.
This temporary closure is part of the Town of Collingwood’s proactive efforts to help get ahead of COVID-19 and to protect Residents and Staff.

|Pay Property Tax|
Pay by online or telephone banking through your financial institution or cheque by mail or drop box located at Town Hall. Please allow 2-3 business days for online payments to be processed.
Note: To add a payee to your online banking, have your roll number ready and search for "Collingwood" you will see an option for Collingwood Tax.

|Playgrounds, indoor ice rinks, indoor aquatic facility||Currently closed.|
|Dog parks, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, pickleball courts, marina operations, basketball courts, volleyball courts, skate park, park benches, picnic tables||Open for use. Please follow health guidelines and continue to exercise physical distancing.|
Transit Terminal washrooms, located at Second Street and Pine Street, available for use and sanitized on a routine basis.
Sunset Point washrooms open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and port-a-potties will be in place at the Harbour.
Other Public Washrooms in Collingwood’s parks, waterfront, and municipal facilities remain closed until further notice due to health guidelines and resource limitations. Please plan ahead when visiting these areas.
|Boat Launch, Fees & Passes|
Boat launches are open. Launch Fees are in place and Daily and Seasonal Launch Passes are available to purchase at the habour only.
|Trails & Green Spaces|
Open for full access while maintaining physical distance. Some areas have white distancing circles painted to encourage safe spacing.

|Dog Licence & Tags||Cheque payment can be mailed or deposited in the drop box at Town Hall. Please include your signed application or renewal notice. Once received & processed, tags will be mailed to your home address.|

|Backflow Prevention Test Tags|
Please mail in or drop off your test tag request to Town Hall via the drop box located at our main entrance. Include the following:
Once we receive your request we will process the payment and mail out the desired number of tags along with a receipt to the address provided. We recommend that you kindly plan ahead and pre-purchase tags before you run out.

|Purchase a Parking Pass||Service is currently unavailable. However, enforcement at municipal parking lots is suspended until further notice.|
|Pay a Parking Ticket||Online payment with credit card at www.paytickets.ca or tickets can be dropped off via mail or drop box to Town Hall. Please include the parking infraction notice with your cheque.|
