• Town Hall is open for counter service on Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please practice proper trail ettiqutte:

• Pedestrians always have the right of way.
• Stay to the right of the trail. 
• When overtaking others, cyclists should pass on the left and sound a warning by bell or call out "passing left" when approaching pedestrians and dismount if necessary.
• Do not block the trail.  
• Your pet must be on leash at all times.

• Public Washrooms available year-round at the Transit Terminal, located at Second Street and Pine Street.
• Portable toilets are available at the Harbour, Museum and by Harbourview Park

Payments can be made directly through the Public Portal when applying for a permit or compliance letter.​​​​​​

Monthly parking passes for the downtown municipal lots can be purchased:

• through HotSpot on the app or online at www.htsp.ca 
• in person at Town Hall

Visit www.collingwood.ca/waterfront for full details on waterfront parking and permits.

• Dropped off via mail or drop box to Town Hall, please include the parking infraction notice with your cheque. 
• In person at Town Hall

Transit passes and related purchases can be completed:
