Community Recreation and Culture Grant Application
Submission Period: December 1, 2024 - February 7, 2025
CRCG grant applications are to be submitted using the online form below. Please review the application questions, save your responses, and copy them into the form. If online completion of the application is a barrier to submission, please contact grants@collingwood.ca or call 705-441-6088.
Long answers are not necessary. If you are able to communicate your response in a few sentences, please do so.
Attachments Required for the Application
- A complete list of your organization’s Coordinating Committee or Board of Directors, including names, position title (where applicable) and contact email addresses.
- Two (2) letters/ emails from other funders, sponsors, or community partners that describe their support for the project for which you are seeking funding.
- Note: letters from participants, attendees, or audience members are not needed.
- Project budget using the Town's excel template. Click to download a copy for completion to be uploaded in your application.
Note: the preferred format for support documents are pdf, doc, docx, and/ or xls.
