Freedom of Information

The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) provides the public the ability to request records held by the municipality or to request a correct to one's personal information that is held by the municipality. To submit a request, please complete the required request form.

Freedom of Information (FOI) Access/Correction Request Form

Formal requests must be made in writing using the Request Form. The application fee to submit a request form is $5.00, payable to the Town of Collingwood through our on-line payment platform at https://ipn.paymentus.com/cp/tocw or payment can be made by cash, debit, credit card or cheque during regular business hours Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 97 Hurontario St., P.O.
