Project Description:  The applicant is applying for a condominium exemption and for a minor adjustment to an existing Site Plan Control Agreement for The Royal Windsor located within Balmoral Village, as a requirement for Condominium Exemption.  The Minor Adjustment to the existing Site Plan Control Agreement is necessary to amend the agreement to include certain clauses pertaining to condominiums.
