CCG grant applications are to be submitted using the online form below. Please review the application questions, save your responses, and copy them into the form. If online completion of the application is a barrier to submission, please the Office of the Treasurer at 705-445-1030 or finance@collingwood.ca
Long answers are not necessary. If you are able to communicate your response in a few sentences, please do so.
PLEASE NOTE: the application takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and information is not saved until an application is submitted. Please have all the necessary attachments (detailed below) ready before you begin.
Attachments Required for the Application
Accepted formats for supporting documents are .pdf, .doc, and/ or .xls.
- A complete list of your organization’s Coordinating Committee or Board of Directors, including names, position titles (where applicable), and contact email addresses.
- In the case where an individual is applying, a letter of support and governing document from the supporting organization must be attached.
- Organizations applying are required to attach financial statements for the most recent fiscal year ended.
- The project budget, including expenses, using the Town's Excel template. Click to download a copy for completion to be uploaded in PDF format to your application.
- Note: letters from participants, attendees, or audience members are not needed.
