Sunset Point Park is about to sound a little different — thanks to the incredible talents of local youth musicians under 18. Sunset Sessions transforms the waterfront park into a lively concert venue, spotlighting the next generation of artists. Come for the music — stay for the moment!

Please be advised that due to inclement weather, Sunset Sessions, taking place at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2026, has been relocated to the Simcoe Street Theatre, located at 65 Simcoe Street.
Parking at 65 Simcoe is reserved for building tenants. Visitors to the Simcoe Street Theatre are encouraged to use nearby street parking or municipal lots. Please note that the parking lot at Eddie Bush Memorial Arena, located on Ste. Marie Street between Simcoe and Ontario Streets, will be temporarily closed from Friday, May 22 at 5:00 p.m. to Saturday, May 23, 2026, at approximately 11:00 p.m. due to a third-party event. Alternate parking is available in the Ste. Marie Street municipal parking lot and on surrounding streets. View the Town’s municipal parking map for additional parking locations: Municipal Parking Map
For accessibility needs, a temporary drop-off/pickup location is available at the rear of the building. Look for the blue accessible space before the accessibility ramp entrance off of Ste. Marie Street. Thank you for your cooperation!

Event updates, cancellations, postponements, and weather-related notices will be communicated through the Town’s News & Notices webpage, official social media channels, and event webpage.
As this is an outdoor event, programming may be moved indoors due to inclement weather. In the event of poor weather, the event will be relocated to the Simcoe Street Theatre, located at 65 Simcoe Street. A decision regarding any location change will be made at 10:30 a.m. on the day of the event. Residents are encouraged to check official Town channels before attending.
