Public Transit

Colltrans is the Town of Collingwood's public transit system, providing conventional and specialized services for convenient and accessible travel within the community and beyond.

Within Collingwood, three transit routes operate, including a connection to the Town of The Blue Mountains. The Colltrans terminal is located at 28 Second Street, adjacent to the municipal parking lot at the corner of Second Street and Pine Street. Additionally, public washrooms are available at the terminal during transit operating hours.

Bus Schedules

Effective Monday, February 3, 2025, Collingwood's public transit operates from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m, and runs seven days a week, except Christmas Day. For transit delays, please contact Colltrans at 705-446-1196.

Accessible Transit

Colltrans & Blue Mountain Link (BLINK)

Town of Collingwood public transit buses are fully accessible and can accomodate:

  • Wheelchairs
  • Motorized scooters
  • Pull-behind shopping carts
  • Strollers

All buses are equipped with:

  • A passenger-side access ramp (available upon request)
  • Q'STRAINT securement
  • Audio announcements and onboard display screens
  • Bike racks (available at no extra charge)

TransitPLUS Specialized Service

TransitPLUS is a specialized, door-to-door transit service for individuals who are unable to use conventional transit due to medical, physical, or cognitive disabilities.

This service will replace:

  • The existing Red Cross specialized transit service
  • The accessible taxi service currently subsidized by the Town of Collingwood

Riders are encouraged to pre-register with Landmark before the official launch of the new service.
