For People Living with Dementia and their Care Partners
A free 4 week introductory series, from April 7th through April 28th on Tuesdays, for persons living with dementia and their care partners to help understand their diagnosis and the changes they experience. It offers participants an opportunity to share and connect with others. Happening at the Collingwood Public Library, 2nd Floor, Murray Clerkson room.
Introduction will include:
- Symptoms of dementia
- Adapting to change
- Assessing & managing risk
- Planning for the future & circle of support
