This workshop takes place at the Collingwood Public Library, FreeSchools room, ground floor.
In the first half, we dive into making sourdough bread from scratch, including creating and maintaining a starter, mixing, shaping, and baking your own delicious loaves.
In the second half, you'll learn creative ways to use sourdough discard in recipes like crackers, pancakes, and muffins—perfect for reducing waste and boosting your baking skills.
