Project Description: The proposal is for a Zoning By-law Amendment to re-zone the eastern portion of the subject property, which currently contains a single detached dwelling and detached garage, to Residential Second Density Exception X (R2-X) Zone. A future consent application will seek to sever this lot. The western portion of the subject property, which contains a former place of worship, seeks to be re-zoned Community Services Exception X (CS-X) to facilitate a proposed daycare facility.
