The Collingwood Art Crawl returns for its thirteenth year on Saturday, September 27th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Collingwood Downtown. This self-guided tour through the historic downtown will feature over 30 host venues showcasing visual artists, musical performers and much more! Discover and celebrate the depth and variety of art, music and creative talent from in and around the region.
Praised as one of the Province’s Top 100 Events by Festivals & Events Ontario, the Collingwood Art Crawl invites you to take part in this annual celebration. Find original artworks in paint, ink, photography, textiles, and mixed media, while experiencing original music performances spanning rock, folk, funk, and jazz. The downtown self guided our is generously sponsored by the Scholte Real Estate Team.
New this year, Simcoe Street transforms into a vibrant hub of creativity and energy, featuring live performing arts, aerial silk display, interactive art installation, and a DJ dance space, an exciting and energy filled Collingwood Art Crawl “Unmissable”!
Art Xpress is back! We are thrilled to bring together for it’s third year at Art Crawl this live artmaking event for young and emerging artists. Artists will show off their creativity as they create a piece of artwork in just 20 minutes, at 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. respectively. During each 20-minute lightning round, the artists will be asked to create original works inspired by the music being played. This live-action art making will take place on Simcoe Street, just east of the Collingwood Public Library.
