Notice: Sale of Surplus Land

During its meeting of January 26, 2026, Council of the Town of Collingwood declared the closed

 road allowances referred to as the Spruce Street and Cameron Street Extensions as surplus to the needs of the municipality. The lands to be sold are highlighted in red on the enclosed map. The intent of Council is to sell the lands to the abutting property owner to form part of the Trails of Collingwood Plan of Subdivision.

The earliest Council meeting at which the sale may be considered is at its meeting scheduled for March 9, 2026.
