Notice of “In-Water” Works: Water Treatment Plant – New Intake Environmental Assessment

The Town of Collingwood is undertaking an Environmental Assessment for a new water intake for the water treatment plant. As part of this assessment, a geophysical survey and geotechnical sampling program is being conducted by CSR GeoSurveys Ltd. (CSR).

These studies will be taking place from September 4th to September 30th in the waters on Georgian Bay, near the water treatment plant and further offshore. Below is a survey area where CSR will be completing their studies.
