Subsequent to the Notice of Construction provided in June 2026, please be advised that construction on Victory Drive between Ste. Marie Street and Hurontario Street has been deferred to May 2027.
Additional work associated with previously unidentified utility conflicts in other areas of the Contract has delayed the overall progression of work and impacted the anticipated start of construction on Fair Street.
To allow the work on Fair Street to be completed within a single construction season and prior to the onset of winter conditions, the project team has decided to defer construction until 2027.
An additional notice will be provided closer to the start of construction with additional information regarding the anticipated schedule, property access, and any temporary impacts to residents and business owners.
