you’re invited to share your input at an upcoming Public Meeting.

What’s Being Proposed
The property at 11 Craigleith Court currently contains a single detached dwelling and is subject to a concurrent Consent application to create one (1) new lot for a single-detached dwelling. The Zoning By-law Amendment application seeks approval to:
- Re-zone the southern portion of the subject property to Environmental Protection (EP) to recognize and protect a wooded wetland feature.
How to Participate
- Attend the public meeting in person or virtually
- Submit verbal comments during the meeting
- Submit written comments to the file manager, Erica Rose, before Council makes a decision at a future meeting
Please note: to have the right to appeal Council’s decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT), you must share your comments before Council makes its decision. The rights of third parties to appeal Zoning By-law Amendment decisions to the Ontario Land Tribunal have been restricted under the Planning Act.
