What’s Being Proposed
The property at 304 Saint Paul Street is currently vacant. The Zoning By-law Amendment application seeks to rezone the subject property to permit standalone residential uses by:
Rezoning the subject lands from the C4-1 to a Residential Second Density Exception XX (R2-XX) Zone to facilitate the creation of two lots for single detached dwellings; and,
Establishing site-specific provisions for the proposed R2-XX Zone, including a reduction in the minimum lot frontage for both the proposed retained and severed lot from 15 metres and 12 metres respectively to 10 metres for both lots.
How to Participate
- Attend the public meeting in person or virtually.
- Submit verbal comments during the meeting.
- Submit written comments to Housing Development Coordinator, Claire de Souza, or Community Planner, Shaylin Whitehead, before Council makes a decision at a future meeting.
