The Town of Collingwood is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 27th Mayor’s Golf Challenge Cup, taking place on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Blue Mountain Golf & Country Club.
Now in its 27th year, the Mayor’s Golf Challenge Cup continues to bring together local businesses, community leaders, and residents for a memorable day of golf, connection, and community support. This long-standing event is a valued tradition in Collingwood.
Traditionally held in June, this year’s tournament moves to a new date in July, giving participants a fresh mid-summer opportunity to hit the course for a great cause. Whether you’re an avid golfer or simply enjoy great company, fresh air, and good food, the Mayor’s Golf Challenge offers something for everyone.
Most importantly, participation in the tournament has a lasting local impact. Proceeds from the event support the Community Council Grant Program and Collingwood & Area Special Olympics, helping fund programs and opportunities that strengthen our community and support local athletes.
In addition to player registration, sponsorship opportunities are now available for businesses and organizations looking to showcase their community leadership while supporting this meaningful event.
