To accommodate the Santa Claus Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony, please be advised of the following temporary road closures, Saturday, November 15th:
- Ste Marie Street (Huron to Ontario) from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (for parade form-up)
- Ste Marie Street (Ontario to Hume), Hume Street (Ste Marie to Hurontario), Hurontario Street (from Hume to First/Huron) from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Huron Street (south lane only to Ste Marie Street) and parade to disperse there from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Hurontario Street (from First/Huron to Second/Simcoe Streets) from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. for parade, speeches, Santa Visits and the lighting of the Christmas Tree.
There will also be temporary transit detours around the parade closures. Please see the affected routes and stops on the map below.
