Affordable Housing Task Force

The Town is seeking a community member with lived experience navigating challenges of securing affordable housing. While the Town recognizes the importance of housing across all income levels, its primary focus is on housing for moderate-income households, often referred to as the “Missing Middle Housing”.

The Affordable Housing Task Force is a group of engaged citizens who provide advice, guidance, and support on implementing the Council-endorsed Affordable Housing Master Plan. They also serve as a forum for community conversation, communication, relationship-building, advocacy, and championing affordable housing goals.
