Pre-Consultation Development Review Team Meetings (DRT) will be held and conducted via Microsoft Teams. A meeting request with a link to the meeting will be sent to your email. Internal and external review agencies may be present at the meeting.
You are welcome to engage a private sector provider to give you guidance on the use of the Public Portal our preferred method of receiving your application and documents. They will be able to assist you in registering, and applying for planning proposals, building permits, and other applications through our preferred method of receiving your proposal and our public portal.
Due to extenuating circumstances, and you are unable to provide electronic documents via the potal please email via planning@collingwood.ca We have a list of external sources that will be able to help you.

Application Fees: Our flat fee is non-refundable and payable upon submission of the application. The deposit fee is reconciled and the balance is returned at the request of the payor.
