Pre-Consultation Development Review Team (DRT) Meetings will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. You will receive an email with a meeting link before the scheduled session. Internal and external review agencies will also attend.
If you require a preliminary meeting before submission, you may arrange one with Planning Staff via Microsoft Teams after completing the necessary documents. Contact the Planning Department at planning@collingwood.ca or 705-445-1030 to schedule.

Application Fees: The Pre-consultation application fee is non-refundable and due upon submission. Applicable contingency deposit fees are reconciled, with any remaining balance refunded upon request when the project proceeds to a planning application.
