First full submission after pre-consultation with land use planning.
- Submit the proposal through the CityView Public Portal. Applicants will be provided a unique project number and contents will be viewable, downloadable, and unloadable by registered portal users attached as contacts to the project.
- Planning Services will receive an email upon successful submission. Please email Planning Services with any questions or feedback.
- Planning Services will review your unique project in the portal and set the status to “under review” which enables the payee to pay fees via credit card.
- Planning administration will look for a completed application form, plans, a matrix describing how the proposal addressed comments from the pre-consultation meeting, a Servicing Allocation Self-Evaluation Matrix, and a Functional Servicing Report and payment.
- Planning administration alerts Planning Staff when all documents and payment as described above has been received.
- The project planner reviews the proposal for completeness and advises that the project is to be circulated, or if more information is required.
- The proposal is circulated to internal and external review agencies. The timeline for this is 3 working weeks.
- The unique portal project displays when the project has been circulated and when comments might be expected.
- The project planner assigned to your project will discuss the review comments with you upon a full set of comments being received.
- For subsequent submittals regarding the same project, visit the Public Portal and access your project under the drop-down menu entitled "my items" and use the same project number to download the revised documents to the project.
These steps continue until you and the Planner reach successful completion.
Payment Methods:
1. Credit Card, The unique project on the public portal will enable only registered portal contacts attached to the unique project to view, download, or upload. It houses all pertinent documents in one depository. If the payee is a registered portal user and is attached to the project as a registered contact this will enable them to pay via credit card.
