End your day at the Shipyards Amphitheatre and enjoy a evening concert over looking Collingwood's harbour.
On July 1st return downtown for tasty pancakes, the Family Bike Parade, face painting, a Rubber Duck Race, and the citizenship reaffirmation ceremony.

Optimist Club Fishing Derby, Shipyard Park / Collingwood Spit, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The Optimist Club will be holding its 39th Annual Kids Fishing Derby, an opportunity to introduce and involve young children to 14 yrs of age in the sport of fishing. There are three fishing categories: Up to 5yrs, 6 to 10 yrs and 11 to 14yrs.There is also a casting contest with two age categories 6 to 10 and 11 to 14. Category winners will receive trophies for their efforts, the most sought after trophy is the ugliest catch. Worms and some tackle will be provided, the Optimist Club will have up to 100 rod and reel combos to give away to children that don't have one. Drinks, healthily snack bars, and pizza will be provided. This is a free event however children must be registered to participate and must be accompanied by an adult.

An award winning, multi-genre artist born and raised outside of Toronto. Lyric is at ease playing rock, pop, blues, classical and jazz. His deep appreciation and experimentation with all genres has led Lyric to personalize his own style of music known as revolution rock. A singer, songwriter , and guitarist, he performs his own works as a solo artist and front his his own band.

Wing Night (The Band) at 7:00 p.m.
Wing Night is Toronto's premium Hip-Hop and R&B cover band specializing in the classics of the 90's. Since 2013 Wing Night has been selling out clubs and bars across the city. The band currently boasts an ever-expanding repertoire of over 130 songs and is frequented with some of the city's most talented guest musicians. From Biggie Smalls to Usher, Destiny's Child to TLC, Wing Night will keep the party at 100 all night long!
Remember to bring your lawn chairs or blankets. Parking is available at the lot on North Birch Street followed by a very short walk along the trail to the Amphitheatre. FREE admission, no tickets required. Family friendly.

Get ready to roll at Town Square Park with a pop-up roller skating rink presented by SUSO. Wear your best red and white to show your Canadian pride and join us from 12 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 29. Annual Rubber Duck Race, Hume Street Bridge, 2:00 p.m.
Get ready for the thrilling 20th Annual Rubber Duck Race! Join us at 2:00 p.m. as individually numbered duckies are released from the Hume Street Bridge, racing towards the Pretty River Parkway Bridge. Follow the progress of the race along the west bank of the river. Secure your chance to win by purchasing tickets at $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00. Exciting cash prizes await the winners, with $1000 for First Place, $500 for Second Place, and $250 for Third Place.
