Sunset Sessions

May 23 | Sunset Point Park

A youth-driven concert showcasing musicians under 18, celebrating the next generation of artists in a stunning outdoor venue.

  • Entertainment Sponsor ($2,000): Support emerging artists with performance fees, travel, and meals. Gain recognition on-site, online, and from the stage. 
  • Venue Sponsor ($2,000): Enhance the stage experience with upgraded sound and lighting. Your logo will appear on event signage and promotional materials.

Live & Original: Summer Concert Series

July 4, July 18, August 15, and August 22 | Shipyards Amphitheatre

An electric concert series spotlighting original music from emerging and established Canadian acts.

Amphitheatre Stage

  • L&O Presenting Sponsor ($15,000): Be a community champion supporting everything with your brand recognition from the concert entertainment to the venue itself while you save investment dollars while receiving more presence on-site, in social media, print, stage mentions and so much more.
  • Entertainment Sponsor ($3,000 per show): Support one or more of the four (4) live performances and receive stage mentions, on-site branding, and social media promotion.
  • Full Talent Sponsor ($10,000 for series): Support the full series of four (4) live performances and receive stage mentions, on-site branding, and social media promotion.
  • Amphitheatre Venue Sponsor ($8,000): Your brand featured on venue signage all summer, plus recognition across all event channels.
  • Bar or Food Sponsor: Highlight your business while offering beverages or food for purchase at one or more concerts. 
  • Accommodations Sponsor (In-kind): Provide room nights for select artist's requirements and receive promotional visibility throughout the series. Maximum required room nights of fifteen (15) or less throughout the summer season from June through August. 

Sidelaunch Days Harbour Festival

August 7-9 | Collingwood Harbour

Celebrate Collingwood’s waterfront heritage with live music, tall ships, water sports, and family-friendly activities across six event venues.

  • Presenting Event Sponsor ($15,000): Let your brand be the focus of the Sidelaunch Days Harbour Festival through your inclusive sponsorship to include all the benefits of the opportunties listed below. Save money and get more bang for your brand's buck!
  • Water Sport Sponsor ($4,000): Be part of the excitement with flyboarding and water ski spectacles. Your brand featured on event signage, maps, and social media.
  • Tall Ships Sponsor ($4,000): Help bring majestic ships to Collingwood. Includes promotional visibility as a supporter of Youth Sail Training, and includes a private group sail, and crew meet-and-greet, among other promotional opportunities. 
  • "Try It On" Recreation Sponsor ($1,500): Support free paddleboard and canoe trials for the public, with your brand featured on signage and online.
  • Entertainment Sponsor ($3,000 per concert or $5,000 inclusive for both): Support live music performances with on-stage mentions and event-wide recognition.
  • Amphitheatre Sponsor ($2,000): Feature your brand at the harbourfront venue with high-visibility signage and opportunities to address the audience.
  • Accommodations Sponsor (In-kind): Host visiting talent and receive recognition across event promotions.
  • "Kites Over Collingwood" Sponsor ($1,500): Support family fun and activities with recognition across event promotions and social media presence.

Collingwood Art Crawl

September 26 | Collingwood Downtown

A vibrant self-guided art and music tour showcasing regional talent and transforming downtown Collingwood into a living gallery.

  • Art Crawl Presenting Sponsor ($10,000): Sponsor recognition as presenter of all the Event components listed above. Make your brand the focus in everything Art Crawl! Sponsorship package can be tailored to what matters most to your company while saving money.
  • Artist Sponsor ($2,500): Support 30+ visual artists with venue and exhibition space, and receive promotional recognition.
  • Performer Sponsor ($2,500): Fund all-inclusive 30+ musical acts and performers with visibility across all event platforms.
  • Art Xpress Sponsor ($2,500): Sponsor a live youth art battle and gain high-impact brand exposure on event signage and social media. Support emerging artists.
  • Unmissable ($2,500): A curated selection of standout performers or artists you won’t want to miss. These creators bring unique, must-see work to the Crawl, adding extra magic to the event.
  • Downtown Venue Tour Sponsor ($2,000): Support participating venues and gain visibility through venue and directional signage, online promotions, and printed maps.
