Why are we implementing it?
We’re implementing Paymentus to provide a more convenient, efficient, and accessible way for you to manage and make payments to the Town. The platform offers easy online access, eliminating the need for in-person visits or mailed payments.

Is it secure?
Yes, Paymentus uses state-of-the-art encryption and security measures to ensure that all your personal and financial information is fully protected.

Are there fees to use the service?
A convenience charge applies only to property tax payments made through Paymentus. The fees are 2.5% for credit card payments and 1.5% for debit card payments.  There is no fee for any of the other payment types when using Paymentus.

We also offer many other payment options, including in-person payments, pre-authorized payments, and online banking that do not have a fee associated with them.

Do I need to create a login/password?
No login or password is required for one-time payments, making it quick and easy to use!
