Sign the voluntary payment option on the back of the Parking Infraction Notice and pay by cash, credit, debit, or cheque at Town Hall Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
3. Pay by Mail / Dropbox
Sign the voluntary payment option on the back of the Parking Infraction Notice and drop it off in the drop box located to the right of the entrance of Town Hall or mail the Parking Infraction Notice with your cheque to the address below. Please be sure to write the Parking Infraction Notice number on the front of your cheque, payable to the Town of Collingwood. Do not send cash.

Accessible Collingwood
The Town of Collingwood provides accessible options for paying parking tickets, including online, in-person, or by mail to support a variety of needs. An after hours drop box is available for payments and is located beside the front doors of Town Hall. Customer service staff are available to assist, accessible formats and communication supports can be provided upon request.
