Affordable Housing

The Town of Collingwood believes action is needed at all levels of government to help address the housing crisis. As one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Canada, Collingwood continues to face increasing pressure on housing affordability and availability. Meaningful action is needed to help support residents, businesses, and the long-term well-being of the community.
