You're invited to an upcoming virtual Community Open House to learn about the proposal for the private development of Terminals Point, in the Town of Collingwood. This session does not pertain to the public lands or space in/ around Terminals Point. The Private Development Site consists of approximately one acre of the total 20 acres of the Collingwood Spit. Consultants ERA, DTAH, and COBE will share how the design of the proposed development celebrates the history of the site and introduces new uses to activate the Collingwood Spit throughout the year. The development, along with the revitalized waterfront, will create an iconic landmark for the Town of Collingwood.
Date & Time: Wednesday, December 3, 2025, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Format: Online, via Zoom. In-person participation is also offered at the Collingwood Public Library, 55 Ste Marie St., for those who cannot participate virtually. In-person capacity is limited and advance registration is required for participation.
