Shared Plates

Shared Plates is a culinary demonstration series designed to bring people together through the universal experience of cooking, tasting, and storytelling. Each session features a guest chef who guides participants through the preparation of selected dishes, offering insights into ingredients, techniques, and the traditions or personal experiences that shape their approach to food.

The program creates an inviting space where community members can learn new skills, discover fresh flavours, and connect with others around a shared table experience. Demonstrations typically include live cooking, opportunities for participants to ask questions, and tasting samples that highlight the featured dishes. With small-group sessions that encourage interaction and hands-on engagement, Shared Plates fosters curiosity, connection, and a deeper appreciation for the role food plays in bringing people together.
