Bear with us while we make improvements! The Collingwood Museum is currently undergoing some exciting updates, including washroom renovations and the creation of a new resource room to better serve our community.
The Collingwood Museum will open for regular hours of operation as of Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; however, work on this project will continue into the spring.
On-site washroom facilities will be reduced to one single-use washroom during the Collingwood Museum’s Phase 1 Washroom and Resource Room Renovation Project. Please note that the accessible washroom button will not be operable, but staff are able to assist patrons as needed.
Please also be advised that renovation work will continue during regular operating hours, so construction noise may be heard during your visit.
Phase 1 is expected to finish mid-March, at which time the new washrooms will be fully operational, and Phase 2 work on the new Resource Room will commence.
Staff are doing their best to keep disruptions to a minimum; your patience is appreciated as we work to make your future visits even better. We can’t wait to welcome you into our improved space!
