Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre, located at 185 Hume Street, invites you to join us as we host our 2nd Cycle for Hope fundraising event on August 15th. This event encourages awareness and participation in the support of those suffering from a cancer diagnosis and the life challenges that they face.
The cycle event features several route options and is family-friendly.
Arrival times are staggered depending on which route participants are riding so please see the registration and start times below:
Registration and Start Times:
100 km Ride – 7:30 a.m. registration / 8:00 a.m. start
75 km Ride – 7:30 a.m. registration / 8:00 a.m. start
50 km Ride – 8:00 a.m. registration / 8:30 a.m. start
25 km Ride – 8:30 a.m. registration / 9:00 a.m. start
9 km Route – 9:00 a.m. registration / 10:00 a.m. start
Depending on the route selected, the ride may take anywhere from approximately 1 to 6 hours.
All participants must register in advance through our website at www.gbcycleforhope.ca/collingwood
This is a self-supported ride so we ask that participants should bring everything they need for the ride, including a water bottle, helmet, lights, cell phone, and/or an emergency tool kit.
Water and snack stations will be available along all routes.
