The Town of Collingwood’s Water Department will be conducting necessary upgrades to the Georgian Meadows Booster Pumping Station on Sixth Line. Please be advised that the residential development of Georgian Meadows (Sixth Line and Tenth Line) may experience lower water pressure temporarily within the following Date and Time:
- Wednesday, October 21st, 2026
- From 8:30 A.M. to approximately 12:00 (noon)
If inclement weather is experienced, this work will be completed on:
- Thursday, October 22nd, 2026, from 8:30 A.M. to approximately 12:00 (noon).
Residents may notice temporary discoloration or cloudiness in the water when water service is restored. Please run cold water (not hot water) at your kitchen sink until water runs clear before using water for drinking, cooking, or other household purposes. Residents are also advised to keep a supply of water on hand for essential use during this event (i.e. flushing toilets).
