Pre-Consultation Development Review Team Meetings (DRT) are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Attendees will receive a meeting request with a link to access the meeting. Security Reductions and Release
The Cityview Portal for online submissions is the preferred method for providing planning application forms, pertinent plans, and related documents. Upon registration, the Public Portal accepts credit card payments. Planning Services must set the status to "Under Review and this will enable the user to Pay" and you will be able to retrieve the receipt from the portal. If paying for a proposal by cheque, be sure to include pertinent info for your transactions such as the address of the development proposal and project number, and mail it to:

Planning Application Forms will be updated this year. Please note the Town does not require paper copies of documents or reports but may request them at any point in the process.
The planning application flat fee is non-refundable and payable upon project submission(s). A contingency deposit fee is reconciled and the balance is returned at the request of the payor. An additional contingency deposit fee is required at the time of agreement finalization.
