Development Application Review Process
These documents are required to be extensively reviewed for the successful completion of development propsals submitted to the Planning Department.
The Development Team Staff Review Meeting for pre-consultation meets approximately every 3 weeks to a pre-scheduled calendar.
Please note the advent of our newest document the Urban Design Terms of Reference It will guide all your submissions to Planning Services including Pre-Consultations.
Pre-consultation meetings occur approximately every three weeks. Planning Staff will attempt to schedule your item within the next 2 scheduled pre-consultation meetings and or seek additional information from the Agent regarding your proposed proposal. Since the COVID 19 pandemic, pre-consultation meetings are held by Microsoft Teams video or teleconference.
If you wish a preliminary meeting prior to submittal arrange a Microsoft Teams meeting or other electronic means with planning staff after completing your due diligence of the aforementioned documents please contact us.
