The Town of Collingwood has several boards and committees that offer residents an opportunity to provide input on town matters that help contribute to the betterment of our community by volunteering to be a member to one of these boards or committees. Below you will find general information about each of the committees and boards establish by Council, membership information, upcoming vacancies and how to apply to become a member.
Volunteer Recruitment
Make a real difference in Collingwood by volunteering on an advisory committee! The Town needs residents who are interested in sharing their perspective and experience on the following committees:
- Accessibility Advisory Committee
- Collingwood Heritage Committee
- Museum Advisory Committee
- Trails and Active Transportation Advisory Committee
Applications will be accepted until March 1, 2026 with applications to be reviewed the month of March. To apply, click on the Vacanies tab below.
All successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified following the review. *Appointments to these committees are subject to the committee governance review currently taking place.
