The Collingwood Art Crawl returns Saturday, September 21st from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Collingwood Downtown. This self-guided tour will feature over 30 host venues showcasing over 30 visual artists, over 30 musical performers, and much more! Discover and celebrate the depth and variety of art, music, and creative talent from in and around the region. Named one of the Province’s Top 100 Events by Festivals & Events Ontario.

A new Collingwood Art Crawl UNMISSABLE! Taking place at the Simcoe Street Theatre, “From Canvas To Collection” is a panel discussion focusing on the ins and outs of collecting visual art. Brought to you in collaboration with RBC Wealth Management Dominion Securities, an experienced panel of art professionals will touch on various points around overall art collecting, preservation, and maintenance while providing tips and trends about collecting visual art relevant to those just starting or who have been collecting for years. This is a FREE event for those interested. Seating is limited so pre-registration will be required through Eventbrite.
Doors open at 3:00 p.m., followed by the 4:00 p.m. kick-off of Art Crawl.
A MUST-SEE presentation - Art Xpress is back! A live artmaking event for young and emerging artists to show their creativity by creating a piece of artwork in just 20-minute lightning rounds, with two rounds, at 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. respectively. Participating artists are asked to create an original work inspired by the music played during each round. This must-see event, also sponsored by RBC Wealth Management Dominion Securities, will take place at Tremont Square, just east of the Collingwood Public Library.
Registered artists and musicians will also be featured as part of the Collingwood Art Crawl Online Gallery.
