Join us at the Simcoe Street Theatre on September 12th to meet Janice Mason Steeves, author of Bloom: On Becoming an Artist Later in Life. Janice will be a part of our upcoming annual Storytelling Festival!
In her talk, Janice will discuss how an insistent dream during an artist residency in Sweden led to her writing Bloom: On Becoming an Artist Later in Life. Interspersed with stories of the 138 artists she interviewed, Janice will share her artistic journey and her research on art and aging. The book celebrates all ages and mediums of artwork in an inspiring story about creativity and the artistic journey.
