Sunset Sessions, a concert like no other presented as part of the Collingwood Live & Original Music Initiative. Experience the incredible musical talent of artists all under the age of 18 as they take over Sunset Point’s outdoor stage at 35 St. Lawrence St. in Collingwood. Don't miss out on this epic night of free live music, on Saturday, May 25th starting at 4:30 p.m.
Interested youth can submit a two-song audition video to the Sunset Sessions coordinator, Rosemarie O’Brien, at robrien@collingwood.ca by no later than April 12th, 2024.
Sunset Sessions is also a great opportunity to support your local community pantry, Project Butterfly by bringing a donation of shelf-stable food and/or personal hygiene products. The Collingwood Youth Centre will be there to collect any generous donations.
There are an abundance of talented young musicians in our region producing original work and finding places to perform in front of a live audience can be limited. Sunset Sessions provides a valuable performance opportunity while also offering a chance for residents and visitors to explore our beautiful Sunset Point Park including the outdoor stage being one of the exciting features.
We hope you will join us to support and encourage youth performers to share their talent and shine within their community.
