Important Summer Registration Information

The Town of Collingwood’s Department of Parks, Recreation, & Culture wishes to thank our patrons for their continued patience and understanding as we work through the 2019 Summer Swim Registration.

A new vendor to provide a proven, effective, and well-supported solution has been selected and implementation of the new software program will begin shortly.  PerfectMind is a cloud-based parks and recreation software that helps organizations of all sizes connect with their communities.  PerfectMind has been chosen by many municipalities across Canada.

Our goal is to have the system completely established by the Fall Swim Registration intake.

In the meantime, we will continue with offline registration for Summer 2019.  This will be handled directly and entirely by Town Staff.

We will begin the registration process Tuesday, June 11th, at 5:00 p.m.  The following is the procedure that has been established to provide as much fairness as possible for those wishing to access programs:

Tuesday, June 11th beginning at 5 p.m. – four intake stations will be set-up at the Centennial Aquatics Centre to accommodate IN-PERSON registration of participants.

During this time NO phone or email registration will be accepted.

Starting on Wednesday, June 12th at 1:30 p.m. registration by phone will be accepted.  We will not be accepting email registrations this session.
