Project Description: This application proposes to rezone the subject property into two site-specific Residential First Density Exception Zones to facilitate a future consent application for residential development. Site-specific provisions proposed for this application include reduced lot area (867 m2) and reduced lot frontage (12.95 m) on one parcel, and reduced lot area (873 m2) and reduced lot frontage (13.0 m) on the other parcel.
