
The Town of Collingwood is pleased to announce the launch of a new service request and issue reporting platform: Service Collingwood Portal.
Service Collingwood provides residents, businesses, and visitors with easy access to non-emergency town services, programs, and information, with the ability to create a case to request service, provide feedback or report an issue. This new service enhancement will also allow for better tracking of cases as it is directly linked with the customer service software that allows staff to manage open items and stay connected with customers more efficiently.
Residents can browse the information articles to learn more about a particular topic and submit a service request should they need assistance. The first phase of topics covers many Public Works and Parks & Trails related items, and catalog will continue to be built throughout the year. If help is required for a topic or service that isn’t currently listed, please use the “Contact Service Collingwood” option and the customer service team will be able to assist.
Access to the Service Collingwood portal is through the Town's website. Click on Service Collingwood from the “I Want To….” menu, using the quick button on the homepage for “Service Requests & Issues”, or directly by going to https://service.collingwood.ca
