The 2025 Heritage Property Tax Relief Program has changed slightly based on whether an application was submitted in the past.
Previous Applicants
Designated heritage property owners who have applied in previous years (2024 and prior) are no longer required to submit an annual application form to receive the rebate.
New Applicants
If you’re a new owner of a designated heritage property or have never participated in the program in previous years, you’re eligible to apply to receive an up to 20% rebate on your property taxes. Please submit your application no later than March 31, 2025.
