The Town of Collingwood and its residents were impacted by the unfortunate recent bankruptcy announcement by Metroland and the now-defunct local newspaper, The Connection. Many of the Town's residents relied on this weekly newspaper to receive news and information regarding the Town, and we are grateful for the long-term relationship with this publication. Paired with the recent impacts of Bill C-18 which prohibits Canadians from seeing news-related content on Meta platforms, it is more important than ever to subscribe to receive news and notices via email.
