The Town’s Public Works crews have been maximizing their efforts to clear the roads and sidewalks of snow over the last several days. With more snowfall and winter weather in the forecast this weekend, some important reminders for residents and visitors will help with snow clearing so that you can move around more easily.
- The priority during major snowfall events is to clear the roads and sidewalks as quickly as possible for the safe travel of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Clean up of snow – i.e., cul-de-sac cleanup, pushing snowbanks back to widen roads, etc. – will begin once the weather system has cleared and may take some time. Your patience is appreciated.
