Council and Committee of the Whole agendas are posted online on the Wednesday before a regular Monday meeting. For other meetings, agendas are posted at least five (5) days in advance. Special meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency meetings may be held without notice when necessary. Board and Advisory Committee agendas are to be posted online 48 hours before meetings.
Meeting minutes are posted on this website after adoption by Council, and a video recording is available for all open-session Council meetings.

Upcoming & Past Council & Committee Meetings
Council Meetings are held in Council Chambers at Town Hall, 97 Hurontario Street, Collingwood, and via Videoconference, as permitted.
Meetings are generally held on Mondays, unless it is a public holiday, with Council & Committee of the Whole scheduled for the first and third Mondays of the month, and Council (in camera) on the second and fourth Mondays, as required.
Meetings generally begin at 2:00 p.m., unless otherwise noted on the agenda.
Please note: Meetings may be cancelled and are subject to change. Agenda amendments are published in advance of Council meetings.

Please note: Rogers TV airs only the first Council meeting of each month due to reduced operations at its Eastern Canada station.
The Town of Collingwood currently has 12 boards and advisory committees, comprised of citizen volunteers, staff, and in some cases, Council member(s), and staff from external agencies.
Boards and advisory committees meet regularly to review Town programs and services, and offer guidance to Council and staff regarding decisions that impact the community.
Board and advisory committee meeting agendas are published 48 hours in advance, and meeting minutes are published once adopted. Meetings are livestreamed on Zoom but are not recorded.

Residents can provide input and share feedback with Council in several ways. Please note that personal information included in correspondences and deputations may become part of the public record and be published in meeting agendas. Respectful commincation is expected at all times.
Declarations related to the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act and the Code of Conduct are available through the Conflicts Registry.
Council has established a number of Advisory Committees and Boards that provide recommendations and support local decision-making. Interested in becoming a member? Recruitment to Advisory Committees is held every year with applications accepted the month of February.
