Conscious Cass (she/her) recently left a decade-long career in teaching math to pursue her passion for sustainability. Over the last 8 years, she's used her website, consciouscass.ca, to share her journey of adopting a low-waste, plant-based lifestyle. She hopes to expand her reach through a business that offers conscious coaching sessions, events and event planning assistance, sustainable shopping services, workshops and public speaking engagements.
